Full-Process Quality Control Workflow
We follow a five-step inspection workflow to guarantee product consistency, safety, and performance before shipment.
We inspect all incoming raw materials to verify their compliance with required specifications, checking surface quality, size, and material consistency.
During production, technicians perform routine checks to ensure critical components meet precision requirements and that no early-stage defects occur.
Before final assembly, major parts such as generator rotors, hydraulic cylinder rods, and water pump impellers are measured and tested for tolerance and integrity.
Each unit undergoes specific performance tests according to its type:
- Radiator: Pressure resistance and thermal performance
- Generator: Voltage stability and load testing
- Water Pump: Flow rate and leakage inspection
