Working principle
Air pressure drive and flow control
The core power of the Sprayer Cylinder comes from the internal air pressure system. When the user operates the pump rod or pressure switch, air is sucked into the cylinder and compressed to form a high-pressure environment. During this process, the pressure in the cylinder gradually increases until it reaches the preset spray pressure value.
Precision design of the spray system
After entering the spray system, the liquid is further refined by the nozzle to form tiny droplets. The nozzle of the Sprayer Cylinder usually adopts precision processing technology, and the diameter is controlled between 0.2-0.5mm to ensure the fineness and uniformity of the droplets. When the liquid passes through the nozzle, due to the spiral guide groove design inside the nozzle, the liquid is fully mixed with the air while rotating at high speed, and finally forms tiny droplets with a diameter in the range of 20-50 microns.
